2-year commitment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to promoting and managing SISTUHS, Inc.’s public relations activities to internal and external publics. In the absence of the Director of Public Relations, or in the case of her inability or refusal to act, the Directress shall appoint an officer of a chapter in good standing to fill the term of office.

1. Establish a network of communications coordinators for notifying Chapters of upcoming events.
2. Discover and publicize public service opportunities for Chapters.
3. Create a National Newsletter – "SISTUHS Connection" – and publish the newsletter quarterly.
4. Pursue paid advertisement in the newsletter.
5. Maintain a National web site and update it monthly.
6. Turn over National records/archives to the next National Director of Public Relations in good order.
